Delivery in Australia

We pack and post all items from the shop in Brunswick, Victoria. Most orders will be posted within 1-3 business days, we’ll contact you if any delays are anticipated.

All our packages are sent through Australia Post and have tracking. That way we can all keep an eye on your order as it travels through the mysterious world that is the postal service.

Having said that we do have a card only option with no tracking if you are just after a card or two…

Otherwise we have three package sizes: small. medium and large and their corresponding express post options of those of you in a hurry (hey, welcome to the club!).
The costs depend on the size and weight of your order:
Small package – Up to 500g – $8.50
Medium package – Up to 3kg – $13.80
Large package – Up to 5kg – $17.60

Express Post
Small package – Up to 500g – $10.85
Medium package- Up to 3kg – $15.65
Large package – Up to 5kg – $24.80

Card only – Up to 3 cards – $2.00
 – you can use the shipping calculator on the cart page to estimate delivery for your order. Simply put it in your cart and enter your postal code, press “calculate shipping” and the delivery options should pop up.

If your item has shipped and you haven’t received it within 3 weeks please email us so we can try and find out some information for you.

Australia Post has this information to offer:

Email Track Advice will provide the recipient of the parcel with email updates about the progress of their parcel through its delivery journey.

Our standard parcel service delivers Australia Wide in 2 or more business days. For more information on delivery times to your area, view the Parcel Post network or use our calculate postage & delivery times tool.

Express Post delivery is available to major metro and regional population centres and is guaranteed to occur the next business day only within the Express Post network.

Pick up In-Store

You are more than welcome to chose to pick the item up at our store – 3 Sparta Place, Brunswick Vic, 3068

We are happy to hold your item for two months. After that we’ll probably contact you just to make sure you’ve not forgotten about it.

When you come into the shop we’ll need some sort of ID and your receipt. Don’t want just anyone walking away with your special order!


We accept returns on most items.

If your item is in unused condition, you can send it back for a full refund or exchange it for another item within 30 days of receiving it. Just drop us a line and let us know what the issue is and we’ll guide you from there.

However, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on:

  • Earrings
  • Original Art
  • Plushies

Santa Carla is not responsible for postage costs for returns, exchanges and/or edited orders.
