Delivery in Australia

We pack and post all items from the shop in Brunswick, Victoria. Most orders will be posted within 1-3 business days, we’ll contact you if any delays are anticipated.

All standard deliveries within Australia are free!!!

  • We use Australia Post letters for deliveries up to 500g with no tracking service available.
  • For all deliveries over 500g we use either Australia Post Parcel Post or courier service Sendle, both of which offer tracking.
  • If a parcel does go missing enroute using free shipping we will do our best to retrieve it, but cannot replace it.
  • If you are at all concerned then you can put your mind at rest by choosing one of the Express post options that include tracking.

Our shipping calculator at the cart and checkout sections should sort you out with the best possible options, but if you have any problems or questions please feel free to contact us.

If your item has shipped and you haven’t received it within 3 weeks please email us so we can track it down.

Australia Post has this information to offer:

Email Track Advice will provide the recipient of the parcel with email updates about the progress of their parcel through its delivery journey.

Our standard parcel service delivers Australia Wide in 2 or more business days. For more information on delivery times to your area, view the Parcel Post network or use our calculate postage & delivery times tool.

Express Post delivery is available to major metro and regional population centres and is guaranteed to occur the next business day only within the Express Post network.

And Sendle Has this information:

Sendle uses a road-delivery network that is efficient and speedy. Each order gets a unique delivery estimate that is shared with your customers to help them keep track too.

In general, same-city deliveries arrive overnight and deliveries to nearby cities within 2-3 days. Though very speedy, Sendle does not currently offer an express or guaranteed overnight delivery service.

Pick up In-Store

You are more than welcome to chose to pick the item up at our store – 3 Sparta Place, Brunswick Vic, 3068

We are happy to hold your item for two weeks. After that we’ll probably contact you just to make sure you’ve not forgotten about it.

When you come into the shop we’ll need some sort of ID and your receipt. Don’t want just anyone walking away with your special order!

Returns

We accept returns on most items.

If your item is in unused condition, you can send it back for a full refund or exchange it for another item within 30 days of receiving it. Just send us an email and let us know what the issue is and we’ll guide you from there.

However, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on:

  • Earrings
  • Original Art
  • Plushies

Santa Carla is not responsible for postage costs for returns, exchanges and/or edited orders.
