Delivery in Australia
We pack and post all items from North Fitzroy, Victoria. Most orders will be posted within 1-3 business days, we’ll contact you if any delays are anticipated.
- For super cheap options we use Australia Post letters for small deliveries with no tracking service available.
- For larger deliveries, or really special items, we use courier service Sendle, which automatically offers tracking.
- If a parcel does go missing enroute we will do our best to retrieve it, but cannot replace items that have been sent without tracking.
- If you are in a hurry then you can put your mind at rest by choosing one of the Australia Post Express Post options that also include tracking.
- And, finally, we offer Free delivery with tracking for all orders over $100!!
Our shipping calculator at the cart and checkout sections should sort you out with the best possible options, but if you have any problems or questions please feel free to contact us.
If your item has shipped and you haven’t received it within 3 weeks please email us and we will do our darnedest to track it down.
Australia Post has this information to offer:
Sending to same state between:
Metro locations: 2-3 business days
Metro & country locations: 3-4 business days
Country locations: 3-4 business days
Sending interstate between:
Metro locations: 3-4 business days
Metro and country locations: 4-5 business days
Country locations: 5-6 business days
Next business day delivery is available between all capital cities (except Darwin), and selected major towns. Check the Express Post network for a full list of delivery locations. If your destination isn’t listed, it means your item may not get there the next business day – but we’ll still get it there as fast as we can.
And Sendle has this information:
Sendle uses a road-delivery network that is efficient and speedy. Each order gets a unique delivery estimate that is shared with your customers to help them keep track too.
In general, same-city deliveries arrive overnight and deliveries to nearby cities within 2-3 days. Though very speedy, Sendle does not currently offer an express or guaranteed overnight delivery service.
We accept returns on most items.
If your item is in unused condition, you can send it back for a full refund or exchange it for another item within 30 days of receiving it. Just send us an email and let us know what the issue is and we’ll guide you from there.
However, we do not accept refunds or exchanges on:
